1. About InsideRole

InsideRole is a workplace transparency and job discovery platform that connects job seekers with employers, and enables employees to share honest, anonymous reviews about companies they have worked at. InsideRole is operated as an independent platform and is not affiliated with any recruiter or employer listed on the platform.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• One person may maintain only one account on the platform.

3. User Accounts (Job Seekers)

• Job seeker accounts are free to create and use.
• You may apply to jobs, save listings, and submit anonymous company reviews.
• Your reviews are posted anonymously — your identity is never disclosed publicly.
• You must have genuine first-hand experience with a company before submitting a review about it.
• Submitting false, defamatory, or misleading reviews is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4. HR / Recruiter Accounts

• HR accounts require email verification and admin approval before activation.
• You must be an authorised representative of the company you register under.
• Job postings must be genuine, accurate, and for real open positions only.
• Posting fake jobs, misleading salary information, or fraudulent listings is strictly prohibited.
• InsideRole reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any HR account or job listing at its discretion.
• Candidate data accessed through InsideRole (resumes, profiles, applications) may only be used for legitimate hiring purposes and not shared with third parties.

5. Reviews & Content

• Reviews are anonymous to the public. However, InsideRole maintains an internal link between a review and the user who submitted it for moderation and fraud prevention purposes.
• All reviews go through an admin moderation queue before being published.
• You may not submit reviews containing: hate speech, personal attacks, discriminatory language, confidential company information, or legally sensitive material.
• InsideRole is not responsible for the accuracy of reviews submitted by users.
• If you believe a review about your company is false or violates these terms, you may contact us to request a review.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access other users' accounts or data.
• Using automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from InsideRole.
• Posting spam, phishing links, or malicious content.
• Impersonating any person, company, or InsideRole staff.
• Attempting to manipulate review ratings or application processes.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

The InsideRole name, logo, platform design, and all original content are owned by InsideRole. User-submitted content (reviews, profile data) remains the property of the user, but you grant InsideRole a non-exclusive licence to display and use it on the platform.

8. Disclaimers

InsideRole is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, company information, or reviews posted by users. InsideRole is not a party to any employment contract between a job seeker and an employer.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of InsideRole after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
